Entry into this single level home features a large open room with kitchen, dining and living area all in one. The central updated kitchen provides the perfect setting for cooking and interacting with your family or guests. A large comfortable screened in porch provides further area for relaxing or entertaining.
Down the hallway are the 3 bedrooms and 2 completely refurbished bathrooms with the master featuring a fully tiled walk in shower. There are Spanish tile floors throughout the common areas giving the house a cool look with carpeting in the bedrooms.
In addition to the great outdoor space you will find a private saltwater pool and outdoor shower perfect for cooling off on those hot summer days.
A gas grill perfect for an afternoon or evening meal.
Please be advised there is an exterior surveillance device that monitors the pool equipment, not the pool itself.
